Exceptionally rude and unpleasant. I had people working in my house who didn't care about my belongings. They took items from my shed and left them outside in the rain to get wet. They couldn't be bothered to pick screws up after themselves, I found screws in the children's beds. Plastic bits from the ends of wire were found in beds too, two broken lampshaes, light bulbs gone too. I was away when the work was carried out on my house but was told that everything would be ok. I've had neighbors tell me that the lads working on my house were childish and were even play fighting in the street and swearing at each other. When I phoned to complain about the issues Mike himself was exceptionally rude to me restating me putting the phone down on him and crying.I may be a council tennant but I should still be treated with respect.
