I started to receive treatment from both Amie & Claire 9 months after starting with a frozen shoulder, when I was at desperation point and suffering with unbearable pain.The improvement in both pain & range of movement within 6 months was significant. I have recently had surgery on my shoulder and will be returning for physio at Active Health to aid my recovery as quickly as possible, I have every confidence that with the help of Active Health I will make a full & speedy recovery. Amie has looked after my family (mainly me) extremely well over the last few years. Sporting injuries (mainly my daughter's netball niggles) or a bad back, knees, sore shins or dodgy ankles from trying to get fit by running, playing golf or gardening (that would be me), have all been sorted very professionally by Amie and I can't recommend her highly enough. What Amie and Tom offer is a welcoming and friendly place to come to when help is needed.

I had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for weeks. GP gave anti inflammatory tablets but did not seem to help. Made an appointment with Sam for a sports massage and within a couple of days I was pain free. He is professional in his approach highly recommended.
